Brief description
Yesterday, I was called to a customer’s home to repair their gas stove which had a malfunction. Upon inspection, I found that the issue was with the gas valve solenoids which were preventing the proper flow of gas to the burners. After verifying that the gas line was shut off for safety, I removed the faulty solenoids and replaced them with new ones. I then reassembled the stove, turned the gas back on, and relit the pilot lights. To ensure proper operation, I tested each burner individually and adjusted the flame size as needed. The repair was a success – the new solenoids fixed the gas flow issue and the stove was functioning perfectly again.
