It's been several years since we had an appliance repaired so I wasn't sure where to start looking when our Samsung dryer started making noises. Based on recent reviews I called Capital Appliance Repair. The appointment scheduler was courteous and asked all the right questions. They were able to get someone out the same day - between 2 and 5. I immediately received a text message from the technician (Vasilii) confirming the appointment details. I received another text message when he was enroute giving me an estimated time of arrival. He arrived promptly at 2. He quickly diagnosed the problem, confirmed that he had the needed parts in his vehicle and had the office send me an estimate of the repair costs (very reasonable). Once I reviewed and approved the estimate Vasilii began the repairs. He replaced the broken parts, cleaned the dryer of all the accumulated lint, lubricated parts where needed and thoroughly cleaned up after everything was put back together. I was very pleased with the repair service. Vasilii was courteous, knowledgeable, and very respectful of our home. I would not hesitate to call Capital Appliance Repair should the need arise. Highly recommended.

Just had our dryer repaired by Maks M at Capital Appliance. He was so polite and professional and came out same day to diagnose($65 diagnosis fee which I have seen much higher from other companies and usually takes a few days to come out). After the diagnosis he came back and fixed the next day.. no more loud squeaky dryer!!! So happy!

Great repair. Called yesterday late afternoon and was told they would be here between 8 and 10.
Technician showed up about 9am. Was nice that he sent me a txt and he showed up on time.
Hopefully this repair will hold for a while. This is the first and last repair. The dryer has lasted a long time. Thank you again for the quick repair.

Came out on an emergency call on a Saturday. Our fridge and freezer weren't getting cold enough, everything was thawing out so we needed someone asap. Called at least 5 or 6 different places and they all either didn't call us back or didn't do service calls on weekends. Technician handled the issue for us and was in and out within 45 min. Would definitely recommend these guys.

I was very pleased with the prompt and professional service I received from Capital Appliance Repair. The technician, Max, arrived within the scheduled time window to repair my broken dishwasher.
Max was courteous, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable about dishwashers. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my Bosch dishwasher - a failed heating element. He explained the issue in easy to understand language and had the replacement part on his truck to fix it right then and there.
